I LOVE THIS WHOLE FOODS! I love it even more than the one that I frequent when I am in Boca Raton Florida on Glades Road. I usually come here after my doctors appts that are in the same plaza and to do my weekly-bi weekly returns at the super convenient Amazon return kiosk. I recently was in yesterday on April 17,2026. The man that works the Amazon return or at least was working there yesterday was so funny and personable and helpful. I didn’t get his name unfortunately but he had tattoos, young looking fella w glasses. He was so helpful and kind to me and my 11 month old daughter, I want someone to please just shout him out. I was the one that was having a little issue with the kiosk door being opened and I was afraid it wasn’t going to register my returns but assured me it was going to be okay and took my returns personally. Again thank you for going above and beyond - something you don’t see much these days. Another person who I think always working above and beyond here is Jason Stankewicz. He is always in a jolly helpful mood and is quick to help everyone. Please recognize these two for outstanding service.

I had such an outstanding experience at Whole Foods Market thanks to Mark! He truly went above and beyond to help me find Romano cheese. Not only did he take the time to search for it, but he even came looking for me down the aisles after I had left the cheese section to make sure I got exactly what I needed. That level of attentiveness and customer care is rare and so appreciated. Mark is a true asset to the Whole Foods team and absolutely deserves recognition. Thank you for such exceptional service!

hiYesterday, Friday, I went to the Whole Foods in Lynfield, MA, intending to buy a cheese pizza special for $12. It was 8:05 PM, and the store manager happened to be at the pizza counter. I told her I wanted a cheese pizza from the special offer, and she said she couldn't give it to me because the pizzeria was already closed. They had whole cheese pizzas there, and supposedly they couldn't give them to me, even though there wasn't a sign saying that whole pizzas were sold until 8:00 PM. I felt very indignant and offended by the manager's attitude and poor customer service. She could have given me the whole cheese pizza, but she refused to help me. I told her to put up a sign saying the pizzeria closes at 8:00 PM. That night shift manager needs to improve her customer service skills. Thank you.
